This NO PREP categories activity will help your students practice categorization, naming, and vocabulary skills all at once. Students are given a category and the letters of the alphabet. They must name/write something beginning with each letter that goes with that category. This game can be leveled depending on number of letters played and time given to complete. Students can also work on it on their own without time restrictions.
